Together, Steve and Terri Wilcox have created, managed and sold  over a half dozen small businesses in the past 30 years.  They feel strongly about giving back to their communities and have volunteered countless hours to Hudson, the St. Croix Valley, the Twin Cities area, as well as, served in national and international leadership roles on boards and committees. 

Steve and Terri have created planning and administration systems for non-profits that incorporate best practices from business, education, and volunteer agencies.  For every organization they work with, they then customize and modify the systems so the practices can work with the unique characteristics of the volunteer make-up. 

Communication is the key ingredient for successful organizations that want to improve, lead, and deal with the many changes and challenges we face.  Jane works within a role that manages the many communication links an organization must have, both internally and externally; implementing systems for schedule & calendar management, meeting management, market research, competitive advantage research, electronic file management, internet and website coordination, and marketing plans and initiatives.

Jane is definitely customer service driven. She strives to make a difference for each and every one of our clients through her organizational skills, graphic design experience, attention to detail, and the enthusiasm for our team.
